Second stage of the traveling exhibition of the Masterpiece of Anglet in Lons (Pyrénées-Atlantiques)

From November 4 to 18, the model of the framework of Notre-Dame de Paris was enthroned in the hall of the Town Hall of Lons (64 - Pyrénées-Atlantiques)! This masterpiece presented by the Compagnons du Tour de France was transferred in record time from the International Cultural Heritage Fair (800 km away) where it was exhibited the previous week at the Carrousel du Louvre. This second stage in Béarnais prefigures a very dense roaming in the coming months ...

Around ten other masterpieces also produced by the Companions were exhibited on the occasion of this event. Educational workshops "discovery for young people aged 8 to 14" on building trades led by itinerants of the Compagnons du Tour de France were also offered.
